Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://notarypublicmissouricity.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Essential Notary Service 12 reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Essential Notary Service 12 markets and arranges Acknowledgment Notarization, Power of Attorney Notarization, Jurat Notarization, Apostille Assistance, Estate Planning Documents. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Essential Notary Service 12 (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. Essential Notary Service 12 makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essential Notary Service 12's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Essential Notary Service 12 in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Essential Notary Service 12 harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
